Traditional Tunes and Popular Airs conference now on sale

We are delighted to be hosting our first conference exploring ‘traditional’ and ‘popular’ tunes, their history and transmission.

This conference, taking place on Friday 6–Saturday 7 October at Cecil Sharp House, brings together those working on these tunes across multiple contexts, delivering a wide-ranging weekend of papers and discussion.

Among the broad selection of topics covered, the weekend will delve into:

  • tunebooks
