The Vaughan Williams Memorial Library (VWML) is very excited to announce that its main reading room is to undergo a major refurbishment this summer to create a better space for users to discover and explore the English folk arts.
We are delighted to be hosting our first conference exploring ‘traditional’ and ‘popular’ tunes, their history and transmission.
A new project to incorporate a pivotal collection into the world’s largest online searchable database of folk songs and music has been announced.
